New Construction
For the past 20 years, I have represented Birchwood Homes, Inc./Woodland Homes - Jerry Torczon, Builder. A large percentage of our homes are pre-sold and custom designed. See our Woodland Homes Villas in the Shadow Lake subdivision. Our newest model at 12027 S 79th Avenue is open on weekends Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
